Give the channel your feed URL

Exports are delivered by link. Paste it once into Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager or any channel that fetches feeds.

  1. In Feed Exports copy the Feed URL of the export - the copy button sits under the link.
  2. Google Merchant Center: Products → Feeds → add a feed → Scheduled fetch → paste the URL and set a fetch time shortly after your data source update.
  3. Meta Commerce Manager: Catalog → Data sources → add items → Data feed → Scheduled → paste the URL.
  4. Other channels: look for “scheduled fetch”, “feed URL” or “import from URL” in their settings.

Keeping it healthy

  • The link always serves the latest generated file; you never re-upload anything.
  • Check files usage in the Feed Exports list shows which exports are actually being fetched.
  • The Synced at column and the status (“Not Synced”, “Running…”, “Export Failed”) tell you the state of each export at a glance.
Files are delivered only as XML or CSV by link - there is no FTP push or Google Sheets output.

If it does not work

  • The link always serves the newest file. If the channel shows old products, check the data source first - the Synced at column in Data Sources (see Why is my data source not updating?) - and then whether the export ran after that update.
  • Meta does not see the images of a Custom XML export: switch the Prefix "G:" namespace setting off - Meta reads <image><url> without the prefix.
