You top up a balance; every day the app deducts one thirtieth of your monthly price. The monthly price depends on the number of products in the data sources you actually use - sources connected to at least one export, campaign or API connection. Modules are added on top.
The Billing info page
- Current balance and Current daily use - what is left and what one day costs.
- Charge details - used products, plan tier, monthly fee, price per extra 1,000 products, module fees.
- Estimated balance exhaustion date - when the balance runs out at the current daily use.
- Subscription: STOPPED appears when the balance hits zero - updates pause until you top up.
Warnings
You get an email 7, 3 and 1 day before the balance runs out. Set Automated payment so this never happens - see Top up and automated payment.
During the 30-day trial nothing is charged. The currency of the account (EUR or USD) is set when the account is created.
